What the system covers
The standard workspace is for day-to-day service work. Two items are optional and priced apart from the plans below: a GPS tracker, and Søknadsportalen for Norwegian customers.
Invoices and expenses
Prepare quotes and invoices with your company details, line items, and tax. Record expenses with receipts. Export for the accountant. Card payment on an invoice is available when you connect payouts to your company.
Route planner and driving log
Build a service route from the work list, ordered by next service date and then by area. Technicians follow the remaining stops from My page and write the driving log as they go.
GPS tracker and Service-POD are optional hardware. Order inside Firmanager — see products. Monthly IoT subscription per unit. Not included in the software plans below.
Products — count and labels
Keep a product catalog with stock. Count what is on hand and post the adjustment. Print product labels from the same list.
Søknadsportalen Norway
Optional for Norwegian customers. A separate permit workspace for application cases, the customer portal, and neighbor notice. It is not shown in the standard Firmanager menus unless the organisation has this option.
HR
Employee records, departments, absence and leave, certifications with expiry, and employee documents. Managers approve leave in the same system the employee uses.
Files and storage
Connect storage you operate — your own server, host, or NAS over SFTP or FTP. Folder access follows the person’s role. Project documentation can point at a folder on that server.
Inbox and mail
Connect the company mailbox and read, reply, and send mail inside Firmanager, with a signature and a record of recent addresses.
My page
The field view in the same login: assigned work, time, the driving log, photos, leave requests, payslips, and customer or facility details. Add Firmanager to the phone home screen for one-tap access.
